By creating an account, using the platform, or paying to enter a challenge, you agree to follow these rules and the other Konesans Lakay policies. If you do not agree, do not use services that require this acceptance.
2. Account and eligibility
You must provide accurate information and protect your password. You may not use multiple accounts to gain an advantage, bypass attempt limits, or manipulate results. Users who lack legal capacity to enter a transaction must obtain consent from a legal representative where required.
3. Prohibited use
Fraud, automation or bots, sharing or obtaining answers during a challenge, bug exploitation, system manipulation, attacks on the platform, false identities, abusive chargebacks, and any other method intended to produce a result not based on the player’s normal answers are prohibited.
4. Service availability
We work to keep the platform available, but maintenance, internet outages, third-party services, or events beyond our control may cause interruptions. When a verifiable technical incident affects a challenge, Konesans Lakay may restore access or apply a fair corrective measure based on technical records.
5. Intellectual property
Konesans Lakay branding, design, software, question bank, and content may not be copied, sold, extracted in bulk, or redistributed without authorization.
6. Account suspension and closure
We may restrict or suspend an account when there are serious signs of fraud, a security violation, or a rules violation. Where possible, the case will be reviewed before a final decision about a prize.
7. Policy changes
We may update these rules for security, operational, or legal reasons. The last-updated date will appear on these pages. Material changes may require renewed acceptance.
8. Applicable law
These rules are to be interpreted under the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Konesans Lakay operates. Nothing here is intended to remove any mandatory consumer right provided by law.
