Payment & Refund Policy
These rules are designed to provide everyone with a clear, fair and secure experience.
Last updated: September 15, 20261. Entry fees
The price of each challenge is shown before payment. A transaction must be confirmed by the payment provider before the challenge is unlocked.
2. No refunds
Challenge entry fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed, except where applicable law requires a refund or Konesans Lakay confirms a platform-side technical or billing error. Changing your mind, failing to finish, losing an attempt, or failing to reach the winning threshold does not automatically create a right to a refund.
3. Duplicate payment or error
If the same transaction is charged twice or the amount is incorrect, contact us with the transaction reference. We will verify platform and payment-provider records before making any correction.
4. Pending or failed transaction
A transaction marked pending does not grant access until the payment API confirms it. If it fails, the user may try again. Konesans Lakay will not mark a payment as validated without confirmation from the payment system.
5. Chargebacks and disputes
If a user disputes a transaction, access or a prize associated with that transaction may be placed on hold during verification. Fraud or abusive chargebacks may lead to account restrictions.
6. Prizes: 24–48 hour timeframe
When a player wins and the result is validated, prize payment normally takes 24 to 48 hours to reach the account. This period begins after winner validation. Delays caused by MonCash, NatCash, banks, networks, or other payment providers may exceed this timeframe; we will assist with tracing the transaction.
